We stayed here last year and decided to visit again. This is something we usually do not do as we like to try new places, but this hotel is so beautiful, we stayed back.
Everything about this hotel is excellent. The staff with an excellent cozumel reef restoration project recommendation, the location, the rooms (we had an ocean view room) which are spacious, comfortable, super clean. Everything about this hotel is just perfect. We’re looking forward to our next stay.
Cielo Maya Beach Hotel is a great place to stay during your visit to Tulum. Rooms are big and cozy, service and personnel are highly professional and friendly, while the fact that the hotel is on the beach brings the whole experience to another level. Also, right behind the hotel is a cenote Manati, which is worth visiting.
We had an incredible time arc, Cielo Maya. From the moment Leslie warmly welcomed us and got us into our room early, we were in paradise. The perfect size hotel for those who want privacy and amenities. Our ocean view was spectacular. The room was spacious and clean. We loved the restaurant and the staff who treated us so well. I highly recommend it.
We had a pleasant stay at Cielo Maya. Our room was facing the ocean, and it was a stunning view. Rooms spotless and the breakfast was delicious. They provide kayaks if you want to use them. There are a couple of boardwalks in front of the hotel with hammocks. Staff was very courteous and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for privacy and a fantastic location in a hotel.
We found Cielo Maya and knew it was a little north of the traditional Tulum Hotel zone but wanted something on the water, was quiet and had great value. We were not disappointed! The King bed suite on the 2nd floor had the best view of the sea, and the hotel exceeded all our expectations. The restaurant onsite was surprisingly good with breakfast every morning is fantastic and a few meals when we were too tired to go to the hotel zone on Boca Paila tasty and perfect for what we wanted.
The staff was friendly, and the room was clean and huge. We had a rental car to get around which I’d recommend if you want to go back and forth to Tulum Beach but plenty of parking out front.
Highly recommend this hotel for a nice quiet off the main strip of Tulum stay with solid food, friendly staff, and beautiful rooms.
