Lovely boutique hotel in the center of Tulum. Very clean and comfortable and 20 min bike ride from the beach. Pleasant and helpful staff. You will feel like at home. Bikes rent and delicious breakfast included!
Great staff generally with the flyboard cozumel tips, Betty at reception is super friendly and helpful. I look forward to going back next year. Would recommend free bike rental from the hotel, next to the 24-hour supermarket, which is excellent, complimentary beach towels, clean — super happy customer.
Excellent service, Beatrix, Veronica, and Fabrizio helped us with everything we needed and suggested lovely places to visit and beautiful beaches. Extremely clean, breakfast options are various, and all plates are tasty and plenty. The location is not fancy but is close enough to everything: the beach, Tulum ruins, and some cenotes are reachable by bicycle (complimentary by the hotel), the city center with all restaurants, shops, and car rentals is 5 minutes by foot.
There is NOTHING negative I can say about Pancha! This hotel exceeded our expectations! The room itself was simple but had the things one would need. This hotel has bikes for free and is a smooth ride to any adventure. I couldn’t recommend this place more!
Reasonable price, beautiful clean rooms, close to town and other major attractions like the ruins and the beach. The bikes are free to rent, the breakfast was excellent and included in the price of the rooms. The staff is also incredibly attentive and helpful. I would stay here again!
My buddy and I stayed at Pacha for two nights/3 days to explore Tulum. It is a small hotel with a beautiful garden as well as very clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was awesome! You also get bikes for free, which saves you a lot of money as you can visit a lot of Cenotes and beaches within a 10-30 min ride – don’t book one of the expensive bus tours at the travel agencies around.
