Great Atmosphere and Service, Good Italian Food

We arrived with fewer guests at this hotel. The food was tasty with a fantastic view and fantastic support. They have a tremendous wine selection too, and the carrot starter was superb! We also tried the calamari that was tasty also. We loved our entrees too, lobster risotto was a fantastic dish. We’ll certainly go back for another meal!

We had been staying at this house and wanted to really go for some fish. My husband had the filet and lobster that was great and that I had grilled shrimp at the alfredo pasta. Great service and food. We all enjoyed dessert. Lava cake along with another chocolate cake with ice cream. Overall it was a fantastic meal, but it was a little overpriced. The temperature conducted somewhat hot also. Excellent service and see.

As at all of the restaurants at the El Presidente Intercontinental, the wait staff is friendly and attentive. We had an extremely yummy free appetizer with pesto and sun-dried berries purée, then crostata with various toppings. My partner had the 3-pasta unique (good but not outstanding ) and that I had the lasagna, too high. Not elite In terms of Italian cuisine but a pleasant day. Also, the staff showed me on his phone phots about cozumel snorkeling tours from playa del carmen that are really interesting. We must take that tour the next time.

Both were so great! Victor offered an excellent company, he was just outstanding. We loved it so much, we ordered room service out of them a couple of days after going to the restaurant.

We’re easily able to receive a same-day reservation. We began dinner with a fantastic bottle of wine along with a massive bottle of water. The menus illuminate when you start them which, together with my 46-year-old eyes, I discovered to be much superior to having to pull my iPhone and use the flashlight.

We purchased cakes: a caprese in my husband and also a Caesar for me personally. Both were OK–I probably would not order them. The food was great, but nothing which I’d write home about.

Amazing place. But we purchased that the Beigne for dessert; these aren’t just like your New Orleans beignets: the treats were similar to cream puffs except for ice cream. I am still dreaming of them a week after.
