Friendly staff and beautiful hotel

Friendly staff and great location. The doorman we first met was cheerful and friendly. The staff was helpful, and the resort design had an effortless elegance to it. Initially, we were disappointed that the resort was not directly on the shore, but two beaches are walking distance from the resort. The resort location is central to a lot of shops and beaches.

The best part was the sushi restaurant – KatsuMidori Sushi had the best sushi, and the cost was reasonable. The team there was accommodating, and the sushi chefs were so good. It had been so good we ate there 3 out of the 7 days in the resort. We also loved the coffee store, Honolulu Coffee. Each morning we would find the Hawaiian Latte that was advocated by the barista.

We also loved hanging out by the pool and the reception. We also used the business center when we had to do some work. Wifi was also lovely and free! Parking was easy. In general, it was the cleanliness, friendly staff, and comfortable but elegant design of the overall resort that made our stay relaxed and comfortable.

Prince Waikiki has ideally located only a brief walk away from the Waikiki area and the Ala Moana Center, also with fantastic views of the sea and marina. Very well maintained, professional employees – who recommended some cozumel atv excursions in Mexico, and accessible self-parking (w/valet parking available). Two restaurants, coffee bar, pool, and fitness area on the 5th-floor w/ pub also w/ocean view.

Somewhat expensive, but if you reserve straight they waive the”hotel fee” which includes the parking. I’d definitely consider staying there again. Quiet, comfortable rooms and colors that roll at push of a button.

Prince Waikiki is an absolutely fantastic Hotel. It is 5 stars for everything, including all the staff, the location, the pool, the rooms, the food, and the fabulous sunsets. It is a 5 to 10-minute walk to the hustle and bustle of the central part of town, but that really suited us as it means the hotel is actually peaceful.

We upgraded to the club area, which we really appreciated. Many thanks to each of the staff in the club area who are all always so helpful, particularly Ryoko who was constantly smiling. If you’re wanting to book a hotel at Waikiki, look no further than the Prince Waikiki because you won’t be disappointed.
