Our family of four has been quite comfortable from the master suite (2 bedrooms & two bathrooms). The place for snorkeling is excellent. Saying we did not need to make restaurant bookings & the food was quite good. Food options in the shore (3 choices throughout the daytime ) were excellent – particularly the fish tacos! The coffee/ice cream store has delicious hot cakes from the pool. Everybody on staff was super friendly and seemed really pleased to be there. The shore party was fun also. We’d definitely recommend to friends and might come back again.
The area is basically 2 adjoined rooms… one using a King bed, another using a modular couch/bed. Both bedrooms had their own baths with oversized showers. We had a beautiful view of the sea from a very long and spacious balcony. The hotel is quite clean and well preserved. The staff recommended us some riviera maya bottom fishing trips very close to our hotel.
The breakfast buffet was a high quality offering a fantastic assortment of foods that are cooked. It gets active after 8:30’m so ancient is best. The dinner choices were also excellent. We did not like everything, but it was simple to discover a dish or 2 from every place we loved. The ceremony was really grand overall from everybody… all of the employees were pleasant and useful.
The pool area is also charming (again..spotless) with a lot of loungers available. There’s also a coffee pub preparing easy coffee choices. You can simply get in the water in a couple of areas, but the water is fantastic with adequate snorkeling directly there. There’s an onsite dive store too. You have to attempt the fish, or fish tacos out of ceviche (Beach restaurant) since they were fantastic!
This is our first trip to the hotel. However, it was terrific speaking to another guest and finding how many of these were hanging guests. We loved ourselves and planned on coming at a particular stage later on.
This is my very first visit to Cozumel and that I loved the island. Staying at this hotel was also unbelievable. Great staff, Jesus specifically (the lifeguard), he introduced me into the sea and allowed me to feel secure in the water to the extent which I spent all my time at sea. Outstanding! It’s a gorgeous hotel with beautiful people; really clean also. Weather was fantastic. I’ll certainly return next year.
We have been members of the Fiesta Americana Vacation Club for Several Years. This year we have a three bedroom unit with a private pool. Our Concierge Miguel was really friendly and helpful, also. We spent a great deal of time in the pool & bar relaxing and enjoying the activities provided. We all enjoyed the meals at every restaurant and also appreciated the many options offered.
